• Account details — name, mobile number, and email address, when you register as a Customer, Store Owner, or Sales Partner.
• Offer claims — your name and mobile number are recorded when you claim an offer, so the relevant store can contact you.
• Store details — business name, address, category, WhatsApp number, and images, if you list a store with us.
• Location — the city you select (or that we detect, with your permission) so we can show you offers relevant to your area.
• Usage data — basic information like which offers and stores you view, to help improve the platform and give store owners visibility into how their listings are performing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Connect you with stores when you claim an offer
• Show you relevant offers based on your selected city
• Track and award loyalty points and rewards
• Send password reset links and account-related communication
• Improve our platform and understand how it's being used

3. Who We Share It With

When you claim an offer, your name and mobile number are shared directly with the store whose offer you claimed, so they can contact you via WhatsApp or phone. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may share information with service providers who help us run OfferPeak (such as hosting and, where applicable, SMS/WhatsApp verification providers), solely to provide the service — never for their own marketing purposes.

4. How Long We Keep It

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us and we'll process the request, except where we're required to retain certain records for legal or accounting purposes.

5. Your Choices

You can update your name and email at any time from your account dashboard. You can also disable your saved offers, change your password, or contact us to request a full account deletion.

6. Cookies & Location

OfferPeak uses cookies and local storage to remember your selected city and keep you logged in. If you use "Detect My Location," your browser's location or approximate IP-based location is used only to identify your city — we don't store precise GPS coordinates.

7. Security

We use standard security practices — including password hashing and secure session handling — to protect your information. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

8. Children's Privacy

OfferPeak is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
