These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the OfferPeak website and services, whether you're browsing as a visitor, registering as a Customer, listing your business as a Store Owner, or partnering with us as a Sales Partner. By using OfferPeak, you agree to these terms.
You may browse OfferPeak without an account, but claiming offers, saving deals, and earning loyalty points require you to register as a Customer. You must provide accurate information when registering, and you're responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Store Owner and Sales Partner accounts are subject to review and approval by our team before becoming active. We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Offers listed on OfferPeak are created and managed by individual Store Owners. While we take reasonable steps to keep listings accurate, OfferPeak does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or validity of any specific offer. The final terms of any offer — including price, availability, and conditions of redemption — are determined by the store itself.
When you claim an offer, your name and mobile number are shared with the relevant store so they can contact you and honor the offer. OfferPeak acts as a platform connecting customers and stores, and is not a party to the transaction between you and the store.
By listing your store on OfferPeak, you confirm that you are authorized to represent the business, and that all offers, prices, images, and descriptions you submit are accurate and lawful. You are solely responsible for honoring any offer you publish.
We reserve the right to remove any offer or store listing that we believe is misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise violates these terms, without prior notice.
Sales Partner accounts require admin approval. Commission, if applicable, is calculated and credited at OfferPeak's discretion based on the stores you onboard and their performance on the platform. Any commission structure communicated to you may be changed with reasonable notice.
Registered Customers earn loyalty points when claiming eligible offers. Points and any associated rewards (such as discount codes or freebies) have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are subject to change or discontinuation at any time. OfferPeak reserves the right to adjust the points system, reward tiers, or redemption process without prior notice.
You agree not to misuse OfferPeak, including but not limited to: submitting false information, attempting to claim offers fraudulently, scraping or copying content without permission, or interfering with the normal operation of the platform.
OfferPeak is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfferPeak and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or from any dispute between you and a store listed on OfferPeak.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of OfferPeak after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
